CASE 2:

Clinical History:

Kisan Jaychand Chaudhari, 4 year old male patient came from Sukhad, Taluka Dharmashala, Himachal Pradesh for the surgery camp.

He was admitted in BKL Walawalkar hospital on 4th Feb2007 for arthroscopy Rt. Knee joint. He fell down a year ago and had septic arthritis leading to Rt. knee varus deformity
with medial femoral condoyle destruction. He underwent lateral femoral stapling and supracondoyler osteotomy. This was done successfully free of charge. Kisan is currently undergoing physical therapy.
