The hospital has a separate ward for treatment of children upto 12 years of age. Children born with challenges due to complications at the time of delivery, children born before 9 months, children born with less weight than normal, children born with congenital defects, with jaundice etc., all are treated in a well-equipped Neo-natal Intensive Care Unit (N.I.C.U.).
Children born at the hospital as well as those who are referred to the hospital are subjected to appropriate immunization programs. The latest & pain-less immunization programs are available at the hospital. Child & mother admitted to this section are given free food & clothes till their health improves & while leaving the hospital a “Baby kit†(with all the necessary things needed for a new born baby) is given.
This section boasts of state-of-the-art equipment such as ventilator, phototherapy with LED, Syringe Pump, Central Monitoring, Warmer, Electric Weight Machines, Central Suction & Oxygen, Double Volume Exchange Transfusion etc.
