To dispel doubts about availability of clean water, electricity & good education for children, the organisation has provided for continuous availability of purified water and electricity (with generator back-up) and also runs an English Medium School in the vicinity of the hospital. Services of plumber, carpenter are provided on-call basis and cooking gas has been made available. These facilities mean that the doctors can save time in following up on these things and instead can completely concentrate on healing the patients while leading a stress-free life.
In hospital premises are a garden and a sports complex (with arrangements for certain games & exercises) which also contribute to a stress-free & healthy lifestyle. The organisation runs a general store to make available items of daily need at reasonable rates for the employees & patients. Apart from doctors, housing assistance is also provided for nurses, technicians, clerks etc.
