- Diabetes Early Detection & Awareness (Madhusagar Yojana): The project conducted 45 field visits benefiting 1,360 individuals, focusing specifically on early detection, screening, and awareness of diabetes across remote rural villages including Chiplun, Dapoli, Dervan, Guhagar, Khed, Lote, Poladpur, and Tivare.
- Anganwadi Nutritional Intervention (Laddoo Gopal Yojana): Delivered targeted nutritional supplements to undernourished children across rural Anganwadis across 45 visits, reaching 1,561 beneficiaries in regions such as Dapoli, Devrukh, Guhagar, Khed, Lanja, Mandangad, and Sangmeshwar.
- Oral Health & School Tobacco Awareness (Dant Chikitsa Yojana): Mobilized 77 clinical visits reaching 1,617 rural beneficiaries. Drives provided free dental checkups, oral cancer screenings, and awareness campaigns on tobacco hazards in village schools and colleges.
- Empowerment of Rural Women: Targeted initiatives and health literacy campaigns catered directly to over 1,500 women across distinct remote rural district areas.
- Maternal & Infant Care (Yashoda & Sukanya Yojana): Yashoda Yojana served as the primary maternal initiative reaching 2,422 mothers across 152 visits, while Sukanya Yojana empowered 1,215 adolescent girls across 19 village sessions.
- Health Awareness Park Educational Outreach: Facilitated 85 interactive facility visits for 2,889 individuals, including 1,556 students on educational trips and 990 rural residents on community awareness visits.
- Grassroots Leadership & Community Integration: Organised 40 community health events (964 beneficiaries), including Sarpanch Melawas for local civic leaders and cultural life-stage events (Baby Shower, Dahihandi, Naming Ceremonies) to build trust and health literacy.
