Patient’s case is of Myocardial infarction with 2 major attacks, one in December 1998. Patient was brought to the hospital with Acute pain in Left shoulder and arm.

We appreciate the line of action and the treatment given to the patient. As we are new to this area, we felt lost and nervous when we came to the hospital. But we are very happy with the treatment given and have decided to continue the treatment in this hospital only.
